I consent to have this website store my submitted information so they can respond to my inquiry I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee selection, approval, scheduling, promotion, performance placement, auction/reward inclusion, volunteer assignment, supporter listing, sponsorship, partnership, brand use, or participation in a F.A.C.E. event. I understand that being listed as an Event Supporter, performer, artist contributor, outreach supporter, auction/reward contributor, volunteer, donor, or community supporter does not create sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, co-hosting status, governance authority, fundraising authority, or permission to speak on behalf of The Faceless Inc. Formal sponsors, partners, co-presenters, or official collaborators require separate written approval. I understand that beneficiary donations for F.A.C.E. charity events should be made directly to the selected charity, campaign page, or approved fundraising platform whenever possible. I understand that The Faceless Inc. does not take custody of beneficiary donations, hold beneficiary funds, or personally collect money intended for the event cause unless a specific written exception is approved, disclosed, and handled through appropriate nonprofit controls. I confirm that I have the rights to offer any artwork, model, digital item, physical item, commission, service, lesson, experience, performance, music, or other contribution I submit for possible F.A.C.E. auction, reward, recognition, or event use. I understand that media use requires permission and that event recording, streaming, photography, clipping, archiving, thumbnails, captions, promotional posts, and post-event documentation may require separate media consent or event-specific notice. I confirm that the information I submitted is accurate to the best of my knowledge and offered in good faith.
