This privacy notice explains how The Faceless Inc. handles information submitted through https://templevr.org/.

Information We Collect

https://templevr.org/ may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message content, and any details submitted through contact, program, volunteer, or application forms.

When you subscribe to email updates, we store your email, the subscription wording and its version, the signup time, and where you signed up. The list is for Catalog of Curiosities, our quarterly zine with interviews, excerpts, community happenings, and things to look forward to. You can ask to leave the list through our privacy contact.

Optional Analytics

When you allow analytics, we use PostHog, Google Analytics, and Google Ads to measure site use and activity from ads. PostHog uses masked session replay, and Google uses cookies and ad-click data. If you also allow account-linked analytics, we link activity to your WordPress account while you’re signed in. You can change your choices on the Settings page.

We keep email addresses and signup form contents out of analytics events and replay. Email signup works with analytics turned off.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to messages, manage organization and program communication, review volunteer or program interest, operate the website, and maintain appropriate organization records.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for organization, program, administrative, legal, or safety purposes.

Privacy Requests

Individuals may contact The Faceless Inc. to request access to personal information they submitted, ask for corrections, request deletion where appropriate, or ask questions about how their information is used and stored.

Some records may need to be retained when required for nonprofit administration, safety review, governance process, legal obligations, accounting, reporting, dispute documentation, or other legitimate organizational needs.

Program Scope

Faceless programs are community, cultural, educational, and volunteer-led activities. They are not therapy, medical care, legal services, crisis services, or accredited school programs unless a specific program is formally approved to say so.
