Guest Sessions And Cultural Conversations
Portal Posse
Portal Posse brings speakers, contributors, interviews, Q&As, workshops, and cultural sessions into VR with context and care.
Program Context
Portal Posse sessions bring originators, artists, educators, culture keepers, practitioners, and contributors into VR conversations with context and care.
Sessions may include interviews, Q&As, workshops, history discussions, practice sessions, guest talks, cultural conversations, and preparation materials for future public programming.
What Sessions Can Include
Attribution Review
The Faceless is building a reviewed public roster for past Portal Posse and related guest sessions. Names, handles, aliases, spelling, and whether a session should be listed publicly need approval before publication.
Until that review is complete, this page describes the program without publishing an unapproved guest list.
Why It Matters
Not all knowledge lives in textbooks. Some knowledge lives in scenes, communities, elders, movement traditions, creative practice, survival stories, technical craft, cultural memory, and lived experience.
Portal Posse helps preserve and share that knowledge with care, context, credit, and respect.
Cultural Respect, Credit, And Lineage
The Faceless values proper credit, lineage, boundaries, and context. Portal Posse contributors are invited to share names, teachers, scenes, organizations, sources, influences, acknowledgments, and resources that should be included when their session is introduced, promoted, or archived.
The program is not meant to extract knowledge. It is meant to create respectful space for people to speak, teach, tell stories, answer questions, and be credited accurately.
Recording And Archive Choices
Portal Posse sessions may be recorded or archived only when appropriate permissions are given. Contributors may request no recording, internal notes only, public archive language, or further discussion before anything is published.
