I understand Faceless classes, workshops, rehearsals, performances, interviews, and related program environments may not be used for outside recruitment, soft-scouting, roster-building, or redirecting participants without prior written approval.

I understand submitting this form does not approve or schedule the program and additional agreements may be required before the program runs.

Privacy Acknowledgment I understand that The Faceless Inc. may collect and review the information I submit through this form, including my name, username, email address, Discord/VRChat identifiers, written responses, uploaded files, and any other information I choose to provide. I understand that this information may be used to respond to my submission, evaluate requests or applications, coordinate programs, support community operations, maintain internal records, and address safety, governance, moderation, or legal obligations when necessary. I understand that I should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the purpose of this form.
