Because our programs may take place across TempleVR.org, Discord, VRChat, video platforms, and other digital tools, accessibility may vary by event, platform, device, host, and volunteer capacity.
We welcome accessibility requests and will make reasonable efforts to support participation through clear communication, alternative participation routes, captions or transcripts where available, non-VR access options where possible, and advance planning with hosts or volunteers.
Accessibility Support May Include
- Clear event information when available.
- Platform and device notes.
- Desktop or non-VR participation routes where possible.
- Caption, transcript, or archive goals where volunteer capacity allows.
- Advance communication with hosts or program contributors.
